How
durable is your high gloss finish? |
|
Our
highest quality "European Catalyst" finish
is produced through an 8-stage MAGICKGUARD™ process
which forms a high gloss finish that is easy to clean
and will not fade, peel, chip or discolor. This is a
process that was developed by us and remains unique
to Magick Woods. It has proven to be more durable and
longer lasting than a thermofoil door, which has a tendency
to fade and yellow over time. |

What
is your warranty? |
|
We
offer a limited lifetime warranty on cabinets against
manufacturer defects. This covers doors cracking or
peeling and operation of the drawer from normal use.
What is not covered is water damage, damage from misuse
such as something hitting it, or scratches.
Our cast marble tops are covered
by a limited 3-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
This does not cover damaged caused by misuse such as
dropping an object onto the top, using an abrasive cleaner,
or thermal shock (running too hot water on it)

Do
you do custom sizes? |
|
We do not do custom sizes,
although we have a wide variety of standard sizes that
will be sure to fit your needs. |

How
do I install my cabinets? |
|
If your cabinets did not come
with installation instructions, or you are not clear on
how to install your cabinets, please contact our technical
support staff and they will be happy to assist you. |

How
do I install my mirror? |
|
On the back of the mirror
you will find 2 plumbing strips (pre-drilled pieces of
metal). Remove these and re-attach the plumbing strips
to the top of the framed mirror using the small screws
provided (space accordingly to stud placement in your
wall). Ensure that the mirror is leveled both horizontally
and vertically install the mirror by attaching plumbing
strips to the wall with long screws. You may wish to further
secure the mirror by running a bead of silicone across
the bottom of the back of the mirror, although this is
not necessary. |

What
are your doors made of? |
|
Our "European Catalyst"
doors are made of MDF.
Our solid wood doors are made of select grade Oak, Maple,
and Cherry.
|

What
is the cabinet box made of? |
|
If your have ordered a cabinet
with MDF doors or if you have ordered a cabinet wood doors
with a natural stain, the box will be made of a particle
core matching melamine. With wooden doors finished in
a color other than natural, then it becomes necessary
to use a particle core veneer, which we will match to
the species and color of the doors. |

What
are the drawer boxes made of? |
|
We use metal drawer boxes,
providing a self-closing and smooth glide. The base of
the drawer is 5/8" thick, NOT just 1/8" masonite
that separates from moisture and regular use. By removing
the name plate on the sides of the drawer boxes, you will
expose some adjusting screws. This is there in the event
that your drawers become misaligned during installation. |

Can
you ship it direct to my house / jobsite? |
|
Magick Woods can only ship
to the store where you bought or will buy our product
from. |

there is a problem with my order, who can I call? |
|
We recommend that you go back
to the store that you purchased your order from. We make
this recommendation because we require information that
only the store would have access to. |
